HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All our shipments are sent by DHL or other local trusted courier services on a trackable service. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can then track your shipment online from the link that will be sent along with your order confirmation.
Please note that a signature may be required upon receipt of goods.
DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES?
Countries import duties and taxes are subject to regional import laws and are not covered by the shipping costs.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Patémar ensures the highest quality of its products. We are proudly made with the hands and the eyes of our master tailors in Bali and we want you to feel as proud to wear it. Should you feel unhappy with your purchase, let us know and return the product to us within 30 days of receipt. We will refund you the original purchase price. Please keep in mind that we would need all items to be returned to us (this includes the card, tag, and the box).
In the clear docket attached to the box you will find our Returns Form and a pre-paid DHL shipping label.
1. Fill in the Returns Form including your order number and item details so we can locate your original purchase.
2. Place your unused items back in the original packaging with all tags attached.
3. Attach the pre-paid DHL shipping label to your parcel.
You’ll find your 10 digit airwaybill number located under the top barcode on your printed returns label that starts “AIR WAYBILL XX XXXX XXXX”
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
Yes, we provide pre-paid return shipping labels with all orders. Once an order is confirmed, you have 30 days to return the item.
CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM?
Exchanges only apply for the same item in a different size or color. If you wish to exchange to another style, please request a refund and place another order.
HOW ABOUT PRODUCTS I BOUGHT AT RETAILERS?
For products purchased at third party retailers, please contact the retailer in the event that you wish to return your product.
